Isabelle attended West Carteret High School, where she pursued the Health Science pathway and quickly distinguished herself through her passion and leadership. She began her time at Carteret Health Care as a CAPE Intern in Spring 2025.
A standout SkillsUSA student, Isabelle earned first-place wins at the regional, state, and national levels, served as a Regional Officer, and went on to become a State Officer for 2024–2025. She was also recognized as Carteret County’s 2024–2025 North Carolina U.S. Presidential Scholars Career and Technical Education Award recipient.
After high school, Isabelle continued her education at Carteret Community College, becoming a phlebotomist, and today she’s proudly working right here at Carteret Health Care in our Laboratory—caring for patients in the community she calls home.
Outside of work, Isabelle loves caring for animals, hiking, outdoor adventures, and surfing—bringing that same energy and dedication into everything she does.
Her words of encouragement say it best:
“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.”
We’re proud to celebrate Isabelle during CTE Month and grateful to have her as part of the Carteret Health Care team. đź’™
