Details: This free Advanced Planning Clinic is scheduled for February 16 from 4 PM to 5 PM or February 28 from 12 Noon to 1 PM in Meeting Room 1 just inside the main lobby entrance. Forms to complete your Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Wills will be provided as well as a notary. Space is limited so please RSVP to attend. Registration
