Details: Join Carteret Health's Cancer Center for a free, 90 minute, 4 week workshop designed to help cancer survivors transition from active treatment to post-treatment care. Learn about nutrition, physical activity, healthy emotional life and management of any health issues. Thursdays in October from 10 AM - 12 PM at Carteret Health.
