Carteret Health Care offers virtual non-life threatening Emergency Department visits from the comfort and safety of your home using your smartphone or camera-enabled device. You can see an emergency provider -- and they can see you, to assess you and provide care, as well as to determine if you need to come into the ED.

Telehealth services are available 24/7. Our ED is staffed by an US Acute Care Solutions provider who is working in Carteret Health Care’s Emergency Department in real-time.

Also, US Acute Care Solutions is an independent contracted emergency services provider who will bill patients directly for their services.
