At Carteret Health Care, we partner with patients and their families to improve health. We do this with our Patient Advisory Team to promote excellence and improvement in patient and customer service.

Members of the Patient Advisory Team at Carteret Health Care will:

  • Serve as ambassadors for CHC.
  • Serve as the eyes, ears and voice of our community.
  • Make recommendations based on patient and customer feedback to foster a culture of excellence in patient and customer service.
  • Provide feedback on current and future services, systems and processes.
  • Actively participate in initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Help identify the health needs of the community.
  • Help identify barriers in the promotion of service excellence.
  • Generate new ideas to improve the standard of care.
  • Act as advocates to enhance patient centered care.
  • Be an active voice in the community by sharing new services and initiatives at Carteret Health Care.
